This is a very special engagement shoot indeed and I felt very privileged to be asked to do it. And what fun it was! Arpana & Nav are an American couple living on the East Coast who got engaged early this year. They had a trip to the UK planned, Nav’s first time to Europe, and wanted to have an engagement shoot somewhere quintessentially English as a very special memento of their visit. I was incredibly pleased to be asked and after some research into locations I came across Castle Combe in Wiltshire which looked just right. The timing ended up being perfect as I travelled over from Wales and they flew in from New York, hired a car, and we met at the very quaint White Hart pub in the village around 6pm – just in time for a couple of hours levelly evening light. A lovely couple and a fantastic shoot and I wish them all the best for their wedding next year in New Jersy!
